NASCA Press Release: Jamie Rodgers Announced as 20 Under 40 Award Recipient
Lexington, KY — The National Association of State Chief Administrators (NASCA) proudly announces Jamie Rodgers, Strategist in Accenture’s Health & Public Service practice, as a NASCA 2025 20 Under 40 Award winner. This prestigious award recognizes 20 outstanding individuals from across the country for their exceptional contributions to state government.
At Accenture, Rodgers specializes in public finance, government operations, and responsible AI. She has played an instrumental role in helping state governments navigate the fiscal challenges of the pandemic and economic recovery, leading initiatives focused on resilient, equitable public finance. Previously, Rodgers served as Deputy Director of NASCA, where she led national research and policy initiatives, serving as a national voice for operational excellence in state government.

Rodgers was a Fulbright Scholar in Northern Thailand, where she taught elementary school students. She is an award-winning MPA graduate of the University of Kentucky and earned her BA from the University of Louisville as a McConnell Scholar. Rodgers also holds adjunct faculty status at Georgetown College and serves on multiple local and national boards to support government innovation and leadership.

NASCA provides a forum for state chief administrative officers to exchange information and learn new ideas from each other and private sector partners.
