State Members & Corporate Partners

NASCA offers a unique culture of inclusiveness, thought leadership, and side-by-side learning between the private and public sectors through our State and Corporate members. A long standing component and value-add of NASCA is our public-private connections and relationship building. Learn more about our memberships below.

State Memberships

The National Association of State Chief Administrators (NASCA) is the only national association focused on the distinct needs of state chief administrative officers (CAOs) and their teams. NASCA engages states in transforming government operations through shared knowledge, operational excellence and thought leadership.

NASCA membership is open to all states and U.S. territories. Our primary state government members are cabinet-level and senior public officials who oversee the departments that provide operational support to other state agencies.

Although membership lies with the state, the state chief administrator (CAO) serves as the primary member. Under any of the primary membership options, states may have an unlimited number of senior-level or deputy directors participate in various aspects of membership. By choosing to upgrade to a "plus" option, an additional senior-level or deputy director will also receive complimentary registration, hotel accommodations, and travel reimbursement benefits.
