NASCA Press Release: Ivan Beraha Elected as Corporate Council Co-Chair

Washington, D.C. — The National Association of State Chief Administrators (NASCA) is proud to announce the election of Ivan Beraha as a NASCA Corporate Council Co-Chair.

NASCA Corporate Council Co-Chairs support state chief administrative officers by sharing expertise, encouraging collaboration, and driving innovative solutions that strengthen state government operations. Ivan Beraha will be partnering with current Co-Chair Sarah Razor, Public Sector Vice President at Gov Sourcing Solutions, to lead the Corporate Council.

Both Ivan and Sarah serve as Ex-Officio Members of the NASCA Executive Committee, providing the organization with strategic guidance and support.

In his current role as Chief Solution Architect for US Government Sector at CGI, Ivan leads business and digital modernization initiatives supporting state and local governments across the country. With almost 30 years of experience, he has played a vital role in advancing operational excellence across the public sector, focusing on areas of financial, procurement, HR and payroll excellence. Ivan has consistently demonstrated his dedication to NASCA’s mission through his membership on both the NASCA Corporate Council and NASCA Policy and Research Committee and presenting on a variety of topics including effective procurement practices, planning for effective digital transformations, workforce planning evolution and building the foundation for responsible AI.

“With a longstanding commitment to NASCA and proven track record of uniting private and public sector partners, Ivan is an exceptional choice for the Corporate Council Co-Chair position,” said NASCA Executive Director Elizabeth Whitehouse. “Ivan’s election by his peers reflects the respect and trust he has earned across our NASCA community, and he will be an invaluable partner in advancing the organization’s priorities.”

“NASCA plays a vital role in supporting state government enterprise leaders and fostering collaboration across the public and private sectors to drive operational excellence,” said Co-Chair Beraha. “I am truly honored and grateful to my peers for the confidence, and excited to engage with NASCA’s leadership, members, and my Corporate Council Co-Chair to help advance collaboration, explore ideas, and support creative solutions that positively impact state administration nationwide to better serve their constituents and communities.”

Ivan brings extensive knowledge and experience, along with a demonstrated commitment to NASCA’s mission to his new role as Corporate Council Co-Chair. NASCA looks forward to working with Ivan and Sarah as they continue to strengthen collaboration between NASCA State Members and Corporate Partners to advance excellence in state government operations.
