NASCA Announces New Executive Committee

LEXINGTON, Ky — The National Association of State Chief Administrators (NASCA), an association devoted to state chief administrators (CAOs) has selected top state government operational leaders to serve as the new program year Executive Committee. Dan Kim, Director of General Services for the State of California, was elected as NASCA president for the 2019-2020.


NASCA’s executive committee provides oversight for the association, which is made up of state government members who are Cabinet level and senior public officials that oversee the departments that provide operational support to other state agencies. Common areas of oversight by NASCA’s members can include general services (such as fleet, mail, printing and surplus), procurement, facilities, telecommunications, information technology, construction, risk management, accounting, budget, insurance, audits, human resources, professional development and more.
