NASCA and Alvarez & Marsal Release Joint Resource Focused on Maximizing the Opportunities of Federal Funding

The National Association of State Chief Administrators (NASCA), an association devoted to state Chief Administrators (CAOs) and their senior leadership teams, along with Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), is releasing Maximizing the Impact of Federal Aid to Deliver Programs in a Fiscally Transparent and Compliant Manner with a focus on enabling states to leverage the opportunities of federal funding.

Additionally, the resource specifies how to leverage the American Rescue Plan (aid available to state and local governments) and multiple direct grant programs.
