NASCA Announces Nina Maddux as Corporate Leadership Council Co-Chair for 2021

LEXINGTON, Ky — NASCA is honored to announce that Nina Maddux, Senior Clientele Development Advisor with McKinsey’s Public Sector Practice, begins a two-year term as Co-Chair of the Corporate Leadership Council. This group represents the corporate partners that are members of the association and those who provide invaluable insight, feedback, and guidance on industry trends and innovative strategies. Maddux joins Bob Oglesby, Strategic Advisor with NEOGOV, in leadership.

Maddux serves as McKinsey’s national client development Lead for U.S. State & Local Government. Nina celebrates more than 22 years in her career and specializes in working with public service executives to set strategies that align with the mission of the organization, to develop and implement business cases for change, and transform operations to align with expected outcomes. She has worked across a broad range of public sector topics including in the areas of administration and finance, health and human services, revenue, transportation, and higher education. Maddux is greatly involved in the public sector leadership community and participates regularly in industry events and other forums that bring together business and civic leaders to collaborate on serving government constituents.

The Co-Chairs serve as Ex Officio members of the NASCA Executive Committee and lead the routine Corporate Council events during the calendar year.
