Professional Development Forums

NASCA offers peer-level discussion forums for NASCA Members those with similar duties to discuss issues related to their work. State employees are automatically added to these forums. Additionally, NASCA offers three topical discussion forums designed for NASCA Members who have interests in or responsibilities as: Marketing and Communications, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Continuous Improvement. These forums will allow you to network on an online community with your peers by area as well as be notified of reoccurring topical zoom meetings led by you or your peers.

Continuous Improvement Forum

The Continuous Improvement Forum will be a community of interest for NASCA members interested in process improvement, performance management, and continuous improvement efforts. The forum will host quarterly calls where those on the call may share best practices, examples, ideas and showcase real-world case studies of process and performance improvement projects.  
Time Commitment: NA, members can join calls as they see interest, no RSVP required, but join the forum to receive call information.
