FAQ REGARDING EVENT CANCELLATION

WHAT IF I REGISTERED FOR THE CONFERENCE?

NASCA will cancel all registrations. For any paid conference registration fees, NASCA staff will refund individual registration fees based on the payment method originally received.

HOW DO I HANDLE MY HOTEL RESERVATION?

NASCA has not submitted a rooming list for members. Therefore, no action is required. For those who arranged hotel rooms directly with the hotel, a representative from our team will contact you to ensure the room is cancelled. If you booked at another hotel, please contact your hotel directly.

GUIDANCE FOR STATE MEMBERS ORIGINALLY PLANNING TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE.

For any member who has purchased a flight itinerary, most carriers are either issuing a complete refund or waiving change fees. The amount paid could be used toward a flight to the 2020 Institute on Leadership and Management scheduled for early October in Sacramento.

For state member questions around cancellation of the 2020 Spring Conference, please reach out to Kristy Howard. Speakers may contact Jamie Rodgers and Corporate Council members may contact Pam Goins.

GUIDANCE FOR CORPORATE SPONSORS ORIGINALLY PLANNING TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE.

NASCA's Executive Committee made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Spring Conference scheduled for May 11-13 in Indianapolis, IN. Although we are disappointed in the loss of this event, clearly the safety of our members – both state and corporate – is paramount. However, our commitment to bringing state and corporate partners together in unique ways continues. The NASCA team is extremely excited to offer multiple opportunities to provide true value and impact for our partners' commitment to the association. A variety of new or modified engagement tools are now available to each Corporate Partner member.
