Dr. McCallin is responsible for developing Governor Owens’ budget proposal and financial plan for the state. She also advises the governor on the status of national and state economies.

Members of NASCA's Performance Measures Committee share successes, methods and obstacles in implementing performance measures in their states.

Conference attendees will separate into small groups to conduct informal discussions on a variety of topics in seven categories. Categories include E-Government, Human Resources, Public/ Private Partnerships, Procurement, Facilities and Property Management, Performance Measurement, and Governmental Technology Applications.

ATTIRE AND CLIMATE
Attire for the conference is casual, however, some attendees dress professionally for the conference banquet. The average temperature for August is 53 F. You may wish to bring a sweater for the cool evening weather.

Established in the 1800s, Breckenridge is 141 years old. Originally a mining haven for gold and silver, the town still reflects a quaint Victorian atmosphere with shops, boutiques and restaurants lining Main Street.
