York: NYS Web-Based Technology to Better Serve Customers For innovative
programs, practices and contracting that demonstrate timeliness, best-value or
efficiency. Facilities and Property Management Virginia:
Renovation of the Executive Mansion Recognizes best practices in facilities
and property management as well as other public works that demonstrate effective
planning and efficiency. Performance Measurement Arizona:
Innovations in Creating & Maintaining a Comprehensive & Systematic Perfromance
Measurement System For innovations in creating and maintaining standards
system to measure the productivity and performance of departments, programs and
projects. Governmental Technological Applications Mississippi:
Statewide Inmate Banking/Commissary System (SIBC) For technological programs,
software applications and systems that have enhanced communications and operations
of government divisions or departments.
For the sixth consecutive year, the National Association of State Chief
Administrators is proud to recognize innovative state agencies, organizations
or individuals that have demonstrated outstanding leadership skills in innovation,
creativity, advanced knowledge and efficiency in state government. The
